I have purposely divided this chapter into four parts.
The first part deals with my period of postings in District Judiciary from 1958 to 1969.
The second deals with the period of my posting in the Superior Judiciary from 1969 to 1994.
The third part deals with the ethical and the restraining features of the Bar, the Judiciary and the other ethical professions, within the framework of which they are supposed to work.
The fourth and final part is about the restoration of the Judiciary to its high level.
